Welcome to November! I love November. It’s my third favourite month, right after October and September, in that order.
This month, I’m challenging myself to exercise at least 20 minutes every single day. I’m hoping I’ll be moving much longer than that most days, but I’m setting a 20 minute minimum.
Move-mber, if you will.
Exercise makes you feel great. It refreshes your mind with a rush of endorphins (those feel good chemicals in your brain). It’s good for your body and your soul.
