If you’ve never had the pleasure of eating pizza with cream cheese stuffed crust, you’re missing out. Plain and simple. This recipe for cream cheese stuffed crust bites is a great substitute when you don’t care if you eat the pizza and just want some cream cheese goodness. They’re perfect for sharing with a crowd.
The name for this recipe came about, of course, because I watch a lot of Bubble Guppies now with my girl. She LOVES the Bubble Guppies. She also loves pizza. I thought this was a nice little nod to my favourite person. <3

[Recipe] Bubble Dippies (Cream Cheese Stuffed Crust Bites)
Makes 40 stuffed biscuits
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
2 cups cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp pizza seasoning
3 green onions, chopped
Pizza Sauce, for dipping
Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, pizza seasoning, and green onions together in a medium sized bowl. Set aside.
Crack open the cans of biscuits. If you’re like me, you’ll ask your husband to do this for you. The loud bang that happens when you open one of those cans seriously frightens me. Freaks me right out.
Cut each biscuit in half.
Stretch each biscuit half enough to hold a couple of teaspoons of the cheese mixture.
Stretch each piece of dough around the cheese mixture and seal it to form a little ball.
Place the balls in a greased 9×13″ baking pan. Bake for 20 mins at 400F.
Brush with butter while the buns are still warm. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce.
