[Recipe] Turkey Puffs

Makes 48 pieces

1 pkg frozen puff pastry
1 lb ground turkey
2 tsp turkey seasoning
1 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
4 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Combine the turkey, seasoning, horseradish, onion, bread crumbs, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.

Roll out half of the puff pastry to a large rectangle (about the size of a small baking sheet). Cut the dough in half vertically. Spread each half with 2 Tbsp of cranberry sauce and 1 Tbsp of dijon mustard.

Spread 1/4 of the turkey mixture on each roll.

Coat the edge of each roll of puff pastry with egg wash. Gently fold the other side of the pastry over to the side with the egg mixture. Seal the edge of the roll with a fork. Cut each roll into 12 pieces.

Place the pieces on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the turkey is cooked through.
