  • 1 box cake mix dry
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup chocolate sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Open the cake mix and put the dry powder in a large bowl. Do not prepare the cake mix as you normally would if you were baking a cake.
  • Add the egg and the butter to the dry cake mix. Mix well. It will be difficult to mix, as it makes a very stiff batter.
  • Press 2/3 of the batter mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
  • With the remaining batter, break off chunks of batter, press them slightly between your fingers, and put them on top of the sweetened condensed milk. Try to cover as much area as you can.
  • Bake the bars for 25 - 30 minutes, depending on how gooey you like them.
