How are we making out with the Move-mber challenge?
I’m proud to say that I haven’t missed a day yet. The third day, I completely forgot about it until about 8pm, when I realized I’d forgotten, and went for a walk in my pyjama pants right then. I’ve been doing mostly walking, and usually for at least 30 minutes. I’m so proud of myself.
Along with the recipe, I talked a bit about the downsides of eating too much sugar. It’s just a teaser though – please do your own research on the subject – it’s really quite interesting.
