I missed this regular post last week, I know. Although no excuse, last week was pretty busy and a little out of the ordinary. So last week’s post would have looked a lot like this week’s post.
Here’s what we’re planning for meals this week:
Sunday – leftovers
Monday – maple mustard salmon, sugar snap peas, sweet potatoes
Tuesday – coconut chicken curry, rice (slow-cooker)
Wednesday – turkey burgers, salad
Thursday – mongolian beef, rice, sugar snap peas (slow-cooker)
Now that I’m home on maternity leave, I’m going to be eating my lunches at home too. We’re stocked up on lots of good stuff for salads and the like for lunchtime.
