I obviously vote a resounding, YES!
It is baked in a casserole dish, at least in my house. It is all put into one dish and baked, then eaten all together.
If this had a can of cream of something soup in it, I bet not one person would challenge this as a casserole.
See? It’s a casserole. Besides, I have a lot of apples to use. This is one of our favourite ways to do it.
